Lanzarote Holidays: Lanzarote, or the island of the volcanoes as it is affectionately known, boasts a landscape of over 100 volcanoes. It is therefore no surprise that many of the islands tourists attractions revolve around this ecological fact. With miles of stunning coastline, abundant hours of sunshine and a dramatic lunar landscape, Lanzarote is an island of contrasts with an atmosphere and charm of it’s own. The island benefits from the shelter of the islands to the west and the weather conditions of its closest easterly neighbour, Africa.
