 El Cotillo: El Cotillo is a small and rustic fishing village with comparatively few tourist amenities although there are reputedly, thirteen restaurants. Located on the north western coast of Fuerteventura, about 28 miles from the airport. The chief attraction is the wonderful beaches the main one being La Oliva. There are a series of sandy bays to the north of the village and the further towards the lighthouse you go, the quieter they are – like being on a desert island. |
