Arguineguin: Arguineguin is an old charming fishing village located about 2 km from the touristy Puerto Rico on Gran Canaria. Arguineguin is at the south of Gran Canaria and it is said that this is the place in the world with the best micro climate and most sunny hours a year. This little village lies near El Perchel Point. Patalavaca beach has fine golden sand. It is the best area for deep sea fishing and there are the service facilities necessary for this kind of sport. There are several good fish-restaurants, harbour and boardwalk.
