Cala D'Or: The small town of Cala D'Or is situated on the southeast cost of the island abound 60 km from the main airport at Palma. Cala D'Or is made up of many small coves, which are blanketed with golden sand. Cala D'Or is very chic and is the centre for art and crafts with a good selection of boutiques. The town is spread out but a small tourist train links all points of the town. The main nighttime activity revolves around the small harbour where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and the odd disco. Note: the resort is rather hilly so may not suit the less mobile.
